Hip Hop Album Sales: Lil Nas X’s "7" EP Giddy Ups To No. 2 On Billboard 200

Lil Nas X’s career is currently skyrocketing. Following a performance “Old Town Road” at the 2019 BET Awards late last month, the 20-year-old joined Billy Ray and Miley Cyrus at the Glastonbury Festival in England over the weekend.

Now, his debut EP, 7,  has entered the Billboard 200 at No. 2, just behind the Raconteurs’ new album, Help Us Stranger. Gucci Mane’s Delusions Grandeur also made its debut in the Top 10, while Trina’s The One hobbled onto the chart at No. 126.

Elsewhere, Prince’s posthumous collection titled Originals hit the chart at No. 15 and YFN Lucci’s 650Luc: Gangsta Grillz entered at No. 34.
