"Halo Infinite" Reportedly Releasing Holiday 2020

Master Chief returns.

Halo is undoubtedly the game the brought gamers to the Xbox system. In fact, I owned a Nintendo Gamecube until I played Halo at a friend’s house and immediately traded in my system to get an Xbox. Halo 2 and brought so much excitement to online gaming that fans are still hooked on the series over a decade later although the games have fallen f track a few times. Halo 5 was a nice return to form, and Microst is looking to build on that goodwill with their next entry, Halo Infinite. The game was first teased at E3 last year, but Comicbook.com is reporting that there should be a much heavier focus on the title at this year’s conference.

And according to a rumor from an alleged industry insider, Microst is planning to showcase a new Halo Infinite trailer, and will reveal the game is aiming for a holiday 2020 release. The rumors also claim that the game will be released on both the Xbox One and the next Xbox system, and PC. The new Xbox system is expected to also make an appearance at this year’s E3, which means fans may be able to watch Halo Infinite as it performs on next-gen power and graphics.
