HipHopDX Premiere – Seasoned Hip Hop vet Gangsta Boo has hopped on Christina Castle’s new single “Crazy Lover.” Produced by Lido, the uptempo track fers gritty bars from the Three 6 Mafia O.G. and the Australian singer’s pop sensibilities. It comes from her upcoming sophomore EP, which is expected to arrive this summer.
“I wrote this song for anyone who has been lied to and cheated on,” Castle tells HipHopDX. “Being betrayed hurts and this song was my breaking point. It’s a warning to whoever crosses my path next.”
Gangsta Boo adds, “Ladies you know when you get fed up? Tired being lied to, cheated on, manipulated and used? Give me or my girl Christina Castle a call. And fellas, let us be great. Just sing along.”
In addition to her blossoming singing career, Castle has also toured the country as a backup singer and keyboardist for Mikey Mike, starring in his insane circus for a spectrum artists ranging from Yelawolf to Max Frost.
She debuted her live show at Madam Siam in Los Angeles where she was joined onstage by Gangsta Boo for a ferocious, room-shaking performance “Crazy Lover.”
