Cut Chemist & Diamond D Bond Over The Bomb Squad On "A Stable Sound" Special

Los Angeles, CA – Cut Chemist is back with a new episode A Stable Sound podcast, this time featuring Diggin’ In The Crates Crew luminary Diamond D.

In honor the fourth May (which, if you’re a Star Wars fanatic, is all about the force), the talented Jurassic 5 turntablist kicks things f with the Stars Wars theme song before getting into Hip Hop history with Diamond D.

“One my favorite producers/MC is celebrating a new album called The Daim Piece Volume 2,” Cut tells HipHopDX. “We got to do a retrospective his career and talk about the influences along the way. We bonded over our love for the Bomb Squad, Ice Cube’s Amerikkka’s Most Wanted and Public Enemy, course.”

The Diam Piece Volume 2 serves as the follow-up to 2014’s Diam Piece original, which boasted a roster famous Hip Hop acts such as Pharoahe Monch, Talib Kweli, Fat Joe, Pete Rock, The Pharcyde, Rapsody, Hi-Tek, The Alchemist, Evidence and his D.I.T.C. cohort A.G.

This year’s edition features Snoop Dogg, Raekwon, Elzhi, Styles P, multiple members Boot Camp Clik, Fat Joe, Talib Kweli and Havoc. It’s expected to arrive on Friday (May 10).
