New York, NY – Rihanna has finally released some more details on her annual Diamond Ball and a few special guests will be joining her.
On Monday (August 13), Rihanna announced that the annual Diamond Ball will be hosted by Insecure‘s Issa Rae and a musical performance by Childish Gambino will also be taking place. Rihanna posted the information on her Instagram page and also encouraged people to head over to the Diamond Ball’s website to find out how they could attend.
The site includes details for sweepstakes that will give one person and a friend an opportunity to attend the ball. All they have to do is buy a Fenty Beauty Killawatt Highlighter CLF Edition in Diamond Ball to be entered to win.
“Issa Rae and Childish Gambino were the dream duo for the fourth annual Diamond Ball and they’re coming!” Rihanna said a statement. “We are honored and grateful to have them help us celebrate the Clara Lionel Foundation this year.”
Global Citizen’s CEO Hugh Evans will be presented with this year’s Diamond Ball Award. The 2018 Diamond Ball will be taking place on September 13 at Cipriani Wall Street in NYC.
