Cardi B Files Trademark for ‘Bocktails’ TV Show

Cardi B is looking to expand her empire into television.

The “Money” rapper has filed a trademark for a television and Internet-based show called “Bocktails with Cardi B” (a play on cocktails). According to trademark documents, obtained by TMZ, Cardi’s application encompasses “entertainment services in the nature providing ongoing episodes for distribution television and the Internet featuring celebrities and artists.”

In addition to the show, Cardi is looking to trademark the “Bocktails” name on clothing, including T-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, caps, footwear, skirts, pants, and shorts. Additionally, she plans to use the name for “alcoholic beverages, except beer and beverages containing beer.”

Earlier this year, the Grammy winner filed paperwork to trademark her signature catchphrase “Okurrr” to be used for paper goods and clothing.

The former “Love & Hip Hop” star recently finished shooting “Rhythm + Flow,” Netflix’s 10-part hip-hop talent competition. She, along with Chance The Rapper and T.I., will serve as judges and executive producers the series, which is set to debut later this year.
