French Montana kicks off the year with a bang on the fifth installment of his Mac & Cheese series.
Mac & Cheese 5 was first introduced with last year’s “Okay” featuring Lil Baby. After a few slight delays, the Bronx representer finally releases the 21-track set.
It opens up with standout “Dirty Bronx Intro” with Amber Run, followed by “Talk To Me”, “Casino Life 3”, “Facts”, “Other Side”, “Where We Came From”, “Made It In USA”, “Ride The Wave”, and his well-known star-studded features.
Kanye West makes two appearances including “Stand United” also featuring Buju Banton and SAINt JHN as well as the Westside Gunn-featured “Where They At”. Rick Ross also makes his double-feature with the tracks “Slash Brothers” alongside Lil Wayne and “Millionaire Row” with Meek Mill.
Other guests include Lil Durk, JID, Bryson Tiller, Jeremih, ATL Jacob, 41, Jenn Carter, Kyle Richh, and Mikky Ekko. Along with the regular version, Mac & Cheese 5 also comes in four formats including a sped up version, a slowed down version, and both instrumentals and acapella. Each are all compiled here.
Mac & Cheese 5 arrives just over seven years following 2016’s Mac & Cheese 4. It also marks Montana’s first project since 2023’s Coke Boys 6 compilation and 2022’s Montega album produced by Harry Fraud.
Prior to the release, French also released a few promo drops such as “Good Summer“, “Wish You Well” featuring Swae Lee, “I Can’t Lie” with Kodak Black, “10 Toes“, “Blood Thicker Than Water” and “Hard Life“.
