New York rapper Cardi B knows wrong is wrong. The hip-hop diva has reportedly apologized for doing the most in a distasteful skit portraying late civil rights icon Coretta Scott King.
Dr. Bernice King – youngest daughter Martin Luther King Jr. – went to Twitter Tuesday (August 28) and revealed Cardi apologized for the parody clip.
According to reports, Cardi’s clip initially fended multiple King family members.
In a skit called “Real Housewives the Civil Rights Movement,” Cardi plays MLK Jr.’s late wife and spills tea on a grip historic figures.
Comedian Rip Michaels recently hyped up Cardi’s appearance on his new “Off the Rip” sketch comedy show.
