Janet returned to Instagram Tuesday with her first post paying tribute to JJ since June 25.
Joe died six days ago in California at the age 89.
Last month, reports surfaced about Joe being hospitalized with terminal cancer.
A few days ago, Jackson’s granddaughter Paris Jackson addressed a reflective message posted onto his Twitter page.
