Kodak Black’s Legal Team Are Unsure When He May Get Out Of Custody

Officials in South Carolina have moved to revoke Kodak Black’s bond in an ongoing sexual assault case.

Kodack black is really having himself quite the sh**ty year. It seemed just this morning that things were starting to look up for the “Tunnel Vision” artist, after it was reported that the judge in his case had given him permission to use his $600K home as collateral (after lying on applications for firearms) in order to secure his bond which was placed at $500K, the rapper was released after posting bond with house arrest.

Unfortunately, the rapper was already out on bail for his North Carolina case,  and his legal team worried that his recent arrest could spark a revocation in the sexual assault case. Most recent news shows that they may have been right to be concerned, as court records show that ficials in Florence County, South Carolina filed a motion on Wednesday to revoke bond after the rapper’s arrest in Miami.

Kodak was arrested back in April and faced charges first-degree criminal sexual conduct over an incident that reportedly occurred in February 2016 between him and a high school student (who, it was later revealed, was not a minor). The rapper was arrested just months after the alleged assault and released on a $100,000 bond.

It now appears, however, that ficials in South Carolina want his bond revoked after learning the federal charges, and an article by The Blaze reveals that ficials have been “given up to 48 hours to release the rapper or appeal the bond he was given, and his legal team is unsure if or when he will get out.”
