50 Cent Explains Why He Didn’t Sign Nicki Minaj To G-Unit

People are still getting at 50 Cent about their disappointment over the Power series finale. And they still seem to be reacting to what Fif said about that stripper falling from a 15-foot pole recently.

Folks are now talking about what the G-Unit rapper said when he stopped by Nicki Minaj's Queen Radio on Monday, about signing Nicki back in the day.

The "Anaconda" rapper asked her fellow Queens native why he didn't sign her when her buzz was growing many years ago. And 50 said it was all because Nicki's former manager and label boss Fendi.

"Because Fendi," said Fif, calling out his behavior. "That's the only reason why I wasn't saying nothing or checking real hard for her because he was over there … Now he is a little seasoned. He knows how to keep the relationship the right way. Back then he was being Fendi."

Fendi discovered Nicki Minaj and give her her name.  However, Nicki and Fendi eventually fell out and Nicki signed with Lil Wayne and Young Money. Nicki and Fendi made up last year
