Khia and Trina have a longstanding beef that doesn’t seem to be going anywhere any time soon. Khia has an entire show that’s all about throwing accusations at famous rappers and reality stars, but finds ways to inject the Miami rapper into her rants against just about everybody.
One the most common accusations the rapper behind “My Neck, My Back” lobs at Trina is that she doesn’t write her own songs. And Trina wasn’t having any it when DJ Envy brought it up to Trina during a chat on The Breakfast Club.
The conversation began with Trina explaining how her time on the new Miami expansion the Love & Hip Hop franchise worked. Since she’s a rapper, she explained that her time in front the camera will simply give fans a closer look at her day-to-day work.
“I show what I really do in real life. It’s no exaggerated stories,” she told Charlamagne. “It’s no fake relationships. It’s no fake storylines. This is what I do. Everybody knows I’m an artist. Everybody sees me doing what I do.”
