Top Dawg Entertainment president Dave Free isn’t here for Lupe Fiasco‘s accusations. The hip-hop executive has responded to the Grammy-winning rapper accusing his protégé Kendrick Lamar low-key jacking artwork for his newest tune.
Free went to Twitter this weekend and laughed f Lupe comparing K. Dot’s “All the Stars” single artwork to his 2016 Drogas Light cover art.
Dave’s comment came after Lupe put up some since-deleted Twitter remarks name-checking Lamar.
A few days ago, Top Dawg Entertainment head Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith hyped up K. Dot executive producing Marvel Studios’ upcoming Black Panther: The Album.
Earlier in the week, buzz developed over Top Dawg and Kendrick Lamar getting nabbed for the Marvel Studios project.
