Stalley continues to support his Tell the Truth: Shame the Devil EP, this time, dropping a new video for the song "Turtle Van."
Directed by Rook, the "Turtle Van" visuals find Stalley in a cold setting surrounded by a number masked women. With the masked beauties armed with assault rifles, Stalley and his shooters ride around in the back a van as the Ohio rapper spits bars.
Stalley gave credit to director Rook for the inspiration the video, telling XXL, "The director approached me with a treatment, and I said let's do it."
Following the release Stalley's latest project last year, XXL caught up with the rapper to discuss what he has planned for his post-Maybach Music Group career. "The joys for Stalley in 2017 is creative freedom and just having control and being able to do what I want musically and being able to put music out at the pace that I want to put it out and just having no strings attached, you know what I mean?" he said at the time. "That's probably the biggest joy right now for me."
While Stalley hadn't spoken with Rick Ross recently, he did say the two were on good terms and his decision to leave the label was "just creative." Up next for the artist, he tells us he plans to keep working in 2018 and has "a lot music to release."
