Snoop Dogg stays busy.
After dropping five gospel tracks and his 220 EP, the Long Beach legend returns with “Sunshine Feel Good,” a Kim Burrell collaboration f his upcoming album Bible Love.
Produced by DJ Battlecat, the West Coast beat features a lowrider bounce, while Burrell provides a soulful assist. “Don’t front, you know this sunshine feels good in my hood,” she sings. “Sometimes you might feel alone / But don’t look now, it’s almost morning / Just let the sunshine in.”
Da Doggfather also reflects on dark versus light. “Was a time when a storm came in my life,” he raps. “Didn’t know which way to turn, to the left or right / Out the corner my eye, saw a little light / Flickerin’ like a flame in the darkest night.”
Earlier this month, Coach Snoop dropped five gospel tracks f Bible Love. Yesterday, he followed up with the 220 EP featuring Dreezy, Jacquees, and more.
