Khalid puts it in drive in the throwback-inspired video for his single “OTW” featuring 6LACK and Ty Dolla $ign.
Dressed in matching orange bombers and motorcycle jackets, the trio forms an R&B group their own in the Calmatic-directed clip (ZAYN, Anderson .Paak), which is styled to look like a ’90s music video channel. They perform synchronized moves on screen as their female fans watch and dance in their bedrooms. The ladies eventually meet the fellas outside for a party on the streets Los Angeles.
Originally released in April, “OTW” could appear on Khalid’s upcoming sophomore album. Last year, he released his platinum debut American Teen, which spawned hits like “Location” and “Young Dumb & Broke.”
In addition to 6LACK and Ty, Khalid recently collaborated with H.E.R., Normani, and Shawn Mendes.
