Fetty Wap is still rolling out new tunes, and while he doesn't have a full song to drop f this week, we are getting a lengthy preview. In a new Instagram video, the New Jersey native plays a minute-long snippet a new track.
The new song taps into Fetty's romantic roots, as he presses his love for his leading lady and desire to put a ring on her finger to lock her down.
“I love the way she doing her thing/She make me want to say, I want to put a rock her your finger," he sings on the untitled track. "Girl, I be thinking you know what mean/I’m not trying to see you walk out and leave, but if it’s better for you, it’s better for me/You’re the only one I see in my future/So, if you go, I’m going to find you."
Being that he has had a roller coaster ride with women over the years, we're not quite sure if he has anyone specific in mind for these lyrics. Fetty recently welcomed a baby girl with his on-and-f girlfriend Alexis Skyy last month. Their child arrived three months earlier than expected.
Fans are still awaiting the next studio LP from Fetty Wap, but he has been providing new material over the last year. In 2017, he released two mixtapes, plenty loose tracks, as well as music videos for fans.
