Through a new Instagram account, Childish Gambino announced a new event series that will take place July 13, 14, and 15 called Summertime Starts Here.
The account that posted the flyer is the only account that Gambino currently follows on Instagram. The site listed in the bio the account gives the option to follow a playlist his music on Spotify as well as stream his Summer Pack EP. The post came on Thursday night (July 12) and lists outdoor areas in New York City, London, and Los Angeles as the locations for this new experience.
Gambino will most likely not perform live at the Summertime Starts Here events since most the dates/times overlap in the various cities. But it may resemble elements the Pharos show he put together in 2016.
The announcement comes a day after he released his Summer Pack EP, which RCA confirmed will be a part his next album Wolf +Rothstein/RCA Records.
