A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie Joins Marshmello for "Friends (Remix)"

Marshmello has connected with countless hip-hop artists in the past, most recently collaborating with Logic in March for "Everyday." The electronic DJ followed that up last week (April 13) by enlisting A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie on the Anne-Marie-assisted "FRIENDS (Remix)."

The platinum-selling Highbridge artist begins his verse directing sultry bars at a specific love interest. "So many pretty girls in the world, but I wish that they was all like you/You can be my girlfriend or my friend, either way you gon' fall right through/Love to party, young nigga in a 'Rari, sorry I ain't ever sorry got juice," he rhymes.

The original track has been making waves in the music industry since its February release. As a result, "FRIENDS" has dominated several Billboard charts, where it currently sits at No. 34 in its ninth week on the exclusive Hot 100.

Marshmello has had a busy April, appearing in the "Everyday" short film alongside Logic. The 10-minute clip released on Tuesday (April 17) and spotlights the story many Americans caught up in the rat race the corporate world.
